This is a silicone-coated fiberglass header sleeve for open and muffled pipes. It will not work on flared tip pipes. It protects from extreme heat, with thermal and abrasion resistance. It has a tested continuous protection of up to 500 degrees, and a short term protection of exposure to 2,200 degrees. It lasts longer than traditional fiberglass header wraps.
